Prim and proper is bad for your health

A recent research suggests that sitting in that oh-so-respectable 90º may have been a leading factor to man's most common ailment: backpain.

Research done by Dr. Waseem Amir Bashir, a radiologist from the University of Alberta Hospital in Canada, shows that "the reclined 135-degree position is the ideal sitting position because it actually is similar to a neutral relaxed lying down position".


If this news catches, I'd start selling my stock in pain-relievers right about now.

    haha, akala mo lang kasi na iisa lang yung nakikita mo laging taong grasa.. nagpapalit kaya yun.. yung anak nya, and so forth.
